I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which offered a nice clean and comfortable environment. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from Old Town, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the service left a bit to be desired, as it felt like there was a lack of hands-on management and motivation among the staff. The rooms were nicely designed, but they could improve in terms of service responsiveness.
